Root Chakra. Or Mooladhar Chakra
The first major chakra in body is root chakra, located at base of spine, its colour is red. This chakra connects us to the earth energies. All our materialistic issues, comforts are related to this chakra, the survival issues, trust issues, money, finances, relationships are connected to the same.
When we are not grounded and protected, this all issues arrive.
If this is undercharged issues like financial problems, job issues, relationship issues, love issues etc arises, if this is over overcharged greed, lust and negative issues arises.
Balancing of this chakra is required to feel us conneced with earth, grounded, and protected.
